CSS Quotation Help

Hello Friends!!!

This topic should have been started in HTML, CSS and JAVASCRIPT section, but i think it would be better to start it here because it is more relevent to Designing.

Friends! i have a problem. I am working on a beautiful design for an article website. I am trying to make a system likw wikipedia, The Quoted Text is started with Quote and at the end there is another quote. But one thing is that i want to do it with simple CSS.

I make it to place the Quotes at the beginning but i dont know woh to show it at the qnd using CSS.

Can someone please help me?
