Hi everyone, this is a thread to see what supplements people take when they go to the gym. As today i went into a different store than usual to buy my protein as i had run out and needed some quickly. The guy behind the counter got talking to me asking where i work out etc. Then he got onto what else i take besides protein when i go to the gym and i told him protein is all i take.
He then proceeded to ramble on about this and that and what i should be taking, but he caught my attention about nitrogen supplements or something like that (i kinda drifted off but didn't want to seem rude by walking out), but had never heard of anything like it.
So what im interested in is what other supplements people take, if they are any good and if any people have any recommendations to help get bigger gains at the gym.
