RSI in my wrist

fbcompany
First of all, please don't close this thread saying I should consult a doctor

For the first time I'm starting to experience some pain in my left wrist (I'm right handed btw ). I reckon it's a combination of hitting too many balls and the driving range and spending more time typing (back at TAFE).

Tonight at work I grabbed a pile of pizza pans and felt a shock like sensation up my arm, which caused me to drop the pans. I've given up golf for the time being to see if it improves, if it doesn't I'll see a doctor.

Has anyone else experience RSI in their wrists? Do those gel like wrist pads help when typing?

Gel wristpads ease the pressure you exert whilst using the computer and are extremely comfortable to use Smile

Try not to do anything too strenuous whilst you're healing, and I hope the problem gets better soon, keep us informed what happens Smile
