Which NFL teams do you think will have good years?

The NFL football season is right around the corner. I was wondering who people thought would be the teams to beat. I think the Chargers and Patriots will be tough in the AFC as well as the defending Super Bowl champions, the Colts. In the NFC, it's harder to tell, but I think the Saints and Bears will be good again and my surprise team is the 49ers (I have to guess someone other than all the good teams from last year:-) What does everyone else think?

I'll be safe and say:

Colts
Patriots
Seahawks
Bengals

I think the Pats are the team to beat. Chargers still have a ton of talent, but they haven't been able to get it done when it matters. Colts finally got over the hump, so they'll be battling to Pats in the AFC. I hope the Hawks can pull it out in the NFC, because I grew up there. It's tough to say, I also hope the Panthers will play good, because Steve Smith is the man

I dunno....the Patriots are a safe pick, but something about their offseason makes me a bit nervous. Maybe it's how they went against their normal strategy of getting team first guys to pick up Randy Moss.....The reason they were always good was that they may not have the most talent, BUT they played together. Now I think they are starting to go more toward the 'collection of talent' approach, and I think that remains to be seen if it works. They will probably be good though, but whe it comes down to the end of a close playoff game, I just don't know. They will be good though, and like I say most pick them for the Super Bowl.

I have to say the Seahawks since they're my favorite team.. but I also believe they will be the team the beat in the NFC. The Bears look awful and I don't understand how they won so many games last year (including the heartbreaker against seattle). It's amazing how much a good defense can mean to a team. In the AFC, you have to go with the Patriots since Brady has really good receivers now.

Well it looks like the bears and chargers are the most disappointing teams so far. The Bears offense is hurting me to my heart being a bears fan and it looks like we'll be drafting a QB this year. And well the chargers.....need marty back!! They loooked really bad yesterday against the chiefs!!! Ouch...maybe they'll turn it around....maybe not!!

I am going to say my favorite team and a suprise thus far to many, since they are at 4-0. The Green Bay Packers. It would be great if this is Favre's last hoorah to see them go all the way and win the Superbowl.

I have to cheer for the Patriots, they are the NFl!! I love them, and Mr. Tom Brady, but I have to say that even if they don't win this year (sad) there's always another good team that shines throughout the entire season and I find a new star amongst the NFL.

Well.. speaking of teams having a good years... the Dolphins, my favorite team, aren't. Zero and freaking FIVE.

Well, the bears look a little better with Gross Man out at QB. The Chargers have looked a lot better their last two games and then they went out and got Chris Chambers to make their offense more dangerous. Dallas looks like they may be the class of the NFC. That Patriots/Colts matchup may be a pretty fun game to watch, with two of the best QB's in the NFL going after each other.

omggg Dallas Cowboys are coming back Smile)

6-1 is pretty amazing season so far. Tony Romo and Terrell Owens make an awesome team, and Marion Barber is a beast. gotta support my home team! Wink

Hmmmm, well, looks like they are still doing pretty good. 6-1 so far. They are keeping right up there with the top teams in the NFL. Yeah I know they lost to the cubs, but don't look for that to happen next time they meet this season.

If you really look at the Packers offense, they are hurting for major weapons, maybe that is what makes them so dangerous. Teams don't expect them to be able to do alot since they have lost a couple of key players.

we're halfway through and its obvious the pats and colts are the two best. I actually think the colts are better because even though they lost they were missing harrison 2 lb and an ol. With those major parts, esp harrison they def would have won.
