Its not quite as simple as just a script, there's a whole load of hardware behind SMS text messaging via the internet, you can't do it in php alone.

Try using a company that you can integrate into your site that allows SMS messages to be sent.

Most cell phone providers setup email addresses for each cell phone number they have. For instance:

123456789-sms@telecomrebirth.com

or something like that.
