have any of you heard memphis audio subs?
these subs are the baddest subs you can buy
*I mean this in a good way*
i have 2 12" memphis audio speakers (the mojo ones)
and 2 900 watt amps.
it is WAY louder than anything else in my town 
have any of you heard of these or are they only around here?
... i live really close to memphis this is why i ask. I have not heard of memphis audio subs but I too live close to Memphis. I work in Memphis so I drive to Memphis most days. Is Memphis Audio a brand name or is Memphis Audio a store that sells subwoofers?
Yep heard tons and tons of Memphis systems. They are good but I wouldn't say they are the best for SPL or SQ/SQ+. Why not opt with a pair of Kicker L7's which are comparable in cost but have about 35% more cone area between the pair due to being square. Besides that Kicker help the crown of the DB drag for quite a few years after taking it from PPI, another good brand. I used to install car audio, heard lots of insane systems. Heard some pretty sick freakin Memphis ones too. I once had the pleasure of being in Alma gates' old bronco when they smashed the record several years ago. when they played the 1 second of the bass tone i darn near fell down it shook the ground so hard. knocked over a few tents too lol.

I guess I need to get me one of those, but after graduation hehe, hmm maybe after getting a good job

and you can buy them from certain authorized retailers.
like hotwired and places like that.
