How to make a comment form

Hi, I want to know how to make a comment form on my website.

I know this might sound awkward but if anybody knows how to make it in flash it would help but html is fine.

I can always make a pop up window with the form in.

I want to comment form to send their name, email address and comment to my email address...

i think u need a guestbook.
there's plenty of opensource and nice looking guestbook scripts.
googling and u will see the options.. Very Happy

If you want to do it yourself you can use forms and a database, or you can just use guestbook's that are all over the place in opensource.
