Northbridge 58C now. Room temp is about 30C.
CPU is E6420 with 45C and 46-47 on both cores. Cooling is AC freezer 7.

Don't worry about it, that's not a high temp for a northbridge.
I have installed a 120mm rear fan, and the temps went down

That's not bad. I have mine running underwater on a DD Maze4 chipset cooler... I get ambient temps. 
But before, when I had stock cooling, I had similar temps to you. So you should be fine. I wouldn't recommend overclocking before investing in aftermarket cooling though...
