Install PHPBB2 and Theme

Hi, simple really... install PHPBB 2 for me fro mthe PHPBB site and not through fantastico and also intall this theme:

may need some mods installed in the future, need this done soon... what price are people willing to do this for? i know its not hard, just dont have alot of time myself. thanks
