Pakistan test fires nuclear-capable missile

Pakistan has yet again test fired a missile, which is capable of carrying nuclear war-heads and arms with a range of 700 kms.
It was communicated from the military desk of Pakistan that this Nuclear missile test was carried out to validate the Design parameters that are set for a Missile.
It is to be noted that India and Pakistan, the two South Asian nations have earlier agreed upon such nuclear test needs to be informed to the other in advance to prevent tension inspite of the ongoing peace talks and process.

The missile was later test-fired in March 22 this year with an 'enhanced' range of 700 km. Pakistan officials say the Babur missile is "highly manoeuvrable with pinpoint accuracy."

India apparently was not informed of the test-firing as the pre-notification agreement of missile tests pertains only to ballistic missiles and not cruise missiles.
