justincase anyone ever wonderd. ther are not vegan. repeat. not vegan.

i rang up and after a long list of emulsifiers and all kinds of junk you dont associate with doughnuts was some kind of egg. so there you have it Very Happy

That doesn't surprise me - Tesco probably slips all sorts of stuff into their products.

I wouldn't have through they were vegan in the first place. Don't donuts usually have some sort of egg/butter/dairy in the dough? Also, the jam inside (if you are talking about the jam-filled donuts) would have gelatine, which is only sometimes vegan (and Tesco probably uses the cheaper, animal-derivative kind).

The ingredients list should've made their non-vegan status obvious enough.

I remember those things, we used to eat a LOT of them - it's lucky I'm not vegan then.
