R6016 not enough space for thread data

When I run an application, I get the following error message.

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
R6016 -not enough space for thread data.

It was working before a few days ago. I tried uninstalling and installing the application again but to no avail. Anyone know how to fix this?

The program did not receive enough memory from the operating system to complete a _beginthread call.

This is explanation founded at microsoft website http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/d509d9f9(vs.80).aspx

Here is something which looks like solution for that issue:

I've read the link posted but have no clue on what to do. The Resolution section does not seem to say what I need to do. It seems to just explain what the problem most probably may be. I still have no idea on what needs to be done to fix the problem even after reading Microsoft's Help and Support regarding this matter.

Anyone have any other clues?
