did you open your CPanel. Just open it and then find Fantastico. You will see typo3 in content menagment part what means you can install it on frihost. But if you are not sure ask in support forum.

I too I am tryng typo3, very rich CMS.
Maybe before you install a CMS you should learn how to set up MySQL databases. You need a SQL database before you can even think about installing typo3. Next, you'll need to download the files, upload them and install them to the web.
It's really simple, read the Readme if there is one.
