I wanted to change the header picture at my Mambo site. I edited the template_css.css and changed the URL of the picture. But the picture was still the default one. I've checked the URL and the location of the picture throughly but I still cannot change it. Any help?

If it's a picture file in your .css, then it might take a while before you notice it. Css files are cached most of the time. Try clearing your cache and check if you didn't accidently change the wrong url.
