Hi,
I hoping this is the right place for this topic. I haven't written a proposal to design a website for ages actually years. I was wondering if anyone had a template that I could follow. Or any suggestions as to where to go.

1. Get a good idea
2. Get a hosting company that can handle that idea, or host it yourself.
3. Make a web design which fits well with that good idea. Do not pull a template from some other source.
4. Get a good content management system and convert the template to work with the system.
5. Setup the content management system. You will probably need to refer to a manual.
6. Put up some content.
7. Advertise where you can.
