NASCAR Cup drivers in Busch races

standready
When will NASCAR stop allowing Cup drivers to parcipate in the Busch races? It spoils the race when one-third to half are "Cup" drivers. It is unfair to Busch regulars especially in point's standings and is a huge advantage to the Cup drivers by giving them added "track test" time. I feel the Cup drivers should be limited to parcipation in a small number of Busch races just like they are limited in outside track testing. Maybe allow rookie Cup drivers to run any number of Busch races if their team agrees. The added seat time will hopefully make them better drivers. What do you think?
