Well I have left for a long time and forgot that you needed to stay active on the forums so I lost my hosting but I am back and ready to stay on and active once more. So hello again frihost and all the people here.

Yeah well I became busy and totally forgot that my host would cancel me and now I am back.

Did you not get the warning emails? They usually go out if you get to -5 (and lower, I'm sure).
Anyway, welcome back. I hope you get your hosting back (I'm not sure how it will work for you-- are you going to reaply?)
