"inevitable" is something that is meant to happen, that can't be avoided. I cannot think of an exact translation. Hope this helps...
BTW, bear in mind that websites will only teach you to listen, read and write Spanish. But don't forget that speaking is very important too and should also be covered. In fact, if you ever meet a Spanish-talking person, you won't be able to communicate. Just my 2 cents.
