am using xp operating system and 1 month ago i met a dll problem when i open the pc the problem maybe from the anti virus i use its removed
so when i press ok on the problem the hard disk go busy for 1o mins why >>
how can i solve this problem and not shown !!

Your explanations are vague. Please elaborate more on the problem, such as stating the name of the dynamic link library. Also, it is favorable to post a screenshot of the error message here if possible. Else, no one could help you.

dll problem ( there is appear an error on your system ) this is the message but thete is no number for error 
hi, Could you start your system with safe mode ?
Your could press the f8 key when OS Selection menu appear
or after the device list screen.
Is it missing a DLL? If it is simply go to www.google.com and type in the name of the DLL plus the word download and you should be able to find it. Once you have it put it into the installation directory of your anti virus or into system32. Formatting your pc solves your problem 
A alternative choose was boot your system with Windows XP CD.
And than choose the Recovery Console.
Type in your admin name and password when prompted.
You can now disable some device driver and / or service that were starting during system load.
Type in disable or enable `service-or-device_driver_name` to disable or enable it.
