I've had a lot of fun with the AT&T Labs text-to-speech demo, as many of you have I'm sure. In case you haven't discovered this, go to
http://www.research.att.com/~ttsweb/tts/demo.php
type in some text, and click SPEAK or DOWNLOAD. There are 15 different voices to choose from both male and female which are very realistic sounding.
I have fun combining several voices using Audicity to make group voices--I created a message for my answering machine and my friends were wondering when did I start having so many people living with me
Hope this is useful to somebody!
