IRC channels can be used by computer games as game server due the fact that they are always online and can simply send messages around. Can I have permission to have one IRC channel on my account and use it private for only the games I use for online communication between games? For multiplayer games only.

The ToS completely bans IRC on frihost servers. I am sure that there would be no exception made for you.

Scorpio is correct I'm afraid. You are not allowed to run an IRC server on your Frihost account, and no exceptions will be made. You would need to host the IRC elsewhere.
