MySQL Server settings problem

I can't seem to login into MySQL

So this is my question:

what to write under MySQL server name?

and are username and pass, same as I get in private message?

Did you even make a MySQL database first? without it, theres nothing to login to. in direct admin, on the top right of all the links, there should be somting like Mysql management or something of the sort, make a database first.

I'm doing this for the very first time so I have no idea what I'm doing
but it all goes well until something goes wrong. So I appreciate this
