Well, I was wondering why I can't find the site I got with Google search or any other search engine...? Do I have to request a Directory listing for this or ...what?

When did you get your website? If it's new and has not received much traffic, it's likely that your site has not yet been indexed by Google. Build up your website, get some other people to link to it (and make sure you link back to them), and the more noticeable your site becomes, the faster it will be picked up by Google and other search engines.
About 2 weeks ago but didn't have much time for development due to some unexpected events.
