Well, this year the ladies will receive the same payout amounts as the men. I am all for equal and fair pay for anyone performing same job. However, this is NOT equal pay. It is overpay! Why, you may ask? The ladies only play best two out of three sets in a match while the men play best three out of five sets in a match. This means the ladies are now being paid thirty-three percent more than the men for their efforts.
