Without a capture card, there is no way to record video onto your PC. You can import video from DVDs, cameras, etc. without a capture card. Capture cards these days support High-Definition Digital TV capture and can be as cheap as $100 AUD. They do, however, require a reasonable amount of CPU power, RAM and hard disk space.

Maybe your card has VIVO? (video in , video out) then you could stream signal for example by using external video recorder (with TV tuner Smile )
