Yay! The Pasha Bulka has finally departed from Australian sands, but not so much the sea.

Luckily, not much fuel was spilt during the salvage mission.
On a funny note, the locals have been milking the tourists flocking to take pictures of the vessel, and some have been making some (un-pc, of course) t-shirts. Some of my favourites are:
"Keep our beaches clean. No shipping in the surf."
"If you can't pash a slim girl, Pasha Bulka."
"Captain should have stayed off the Port"
"Paris Hilton (or insert name) fails boat licence"
"At Nobby's, size does matter."
"1800 TUGS"
** Yes, i know some of them are a bit lame. Pash is slang for kiss, if you don't get it.
