how to lose weight?

i am fairly strong i can do pull ups and push ups up to 50 push ups around 5 pull ups. i weigh 187 pounds last i knew.i am 15 years old. and i would like to decrease my weight. what is a good way to do so. with out any pills or any thing. just a exersize habit and diet habit. that work.

Read around that article as there are some good pointers. However the best way to lose weight is to consult a nutritionist and a perhaps a personal trainer.
