It still is, I think. They 'decocanize' the leaves before using them, which takes away the active ingredient, but the flavor still comes from cocaine leaves.
Originally advertised (with the cocaine) as 'a refreshing and invigorating drink'.
The plant is called 'coca'. (easy to remember, huh?)
