I was wondering if anybody could suggest Low cost and extremely reliable companies offering registrations of .in domain names.

I am looking at companies offering prices in the range of 10$ per year or less for .in domains.

You won't find a .in for $10 as there certain fees/domain to be paid by registrars to NIXI.
