What Should i buy Vbulletin or Invsion Board?
There are cheaper forums available, but be sure to notify and admin before you install paid software.
I dont think there is a need to buy forum software. There are free options available like PHPBB and several others can be found on Hotscripts.
But if you are really keen on buying one then I'd suggest Invision. Although most of the people prefer VB over IPB, I for one like Invision more.

Why bother buying forum software when phpBB is free (as in speech and in beer) and just as good?
if you reallywant a paid forum,invision board is a very good choice
