Not allowed to have vBulletin, IPB and other paid forums/software without prior permission from an administrator.

Alright so if I wanted to make a forum for the site I'm making later on who would I turn to and ask? Any administrator? Because I might want to add a forum considering this is going to be a fan site for habbohotel.

This rule is to prevent FRIHost getting screwed for allowing you to post scam versions of paid forums software.

You are allowed to use these, but only if you can prove to Bondings, the main admin/founder, that you own a copy. You would be the first.

If you wanted to do it easy you could use phpBB or the SMF (Simple Machines Forum) software. They are free!
