I too visited this page on sourceforge few days back i failed to understand what is the use of this eticket system. Can you pelase tell me? (What i think it is used for support system to help customers contact the webmaster or the service provider or whatever. Am i right?)

eTicket system provides email support system and other features for questions, concerns , suggestions, answers and announcements between customers and service providers. It is best suited for web hosting company or web development. It is usually called a Help Desk Section on the web functions similarly or exactly as Help Desk Section on malls, hotels, offices or other business functions.
