Hi, I am trying to create a new ftp account but every time I try to do this, I get a "Document Not Found" error? What can be the problem?

FTP Error
Use http://frih.net:2222/ instead of cp.frih.net. If you can't give me a PM (other people, PM your account creator) and I'll create another user for you 
and exactly how are you trying to create a FTP account
Mathiaus, thanks, the new link given by you works fine. So what's the problem with the original url? Some kind of permissions?
Just to help out mods:
The http://cp.frih.net url is a 'proxy' so to speak, to get around strict firewalls not allowing you to do much/anything using the regular url.

Most things work on it but several things such as creating FTP accounts, link to phpmyadmin etc don't work, in which case the normal 2222 url should be used.
