Mm too lazy to research to make sure those are facts Very Happy anyway kinda interesting if it is -,-

Good coincidence! I never knew , Hitler and Napoleon had so much in common.

I always find these types of things interesting. I've seen things like this with many people in history, though. I suppose that since there have been billions and billions of people throughout history, coincidences are bound to come up sometimes.

I also heard of this coincidence several years ago. Certainly they are true, though they are hard to believe. Maybe Hitler and Nypolon is own to one spirit? ^_^ Just a joke. But I really believe that there are too much miracle in this world!

Hmmm, there's some mistakes.

Napoleon was born in 1769, he came to Power in 1799 and he lost the war in 1815. there's no need to compare Napolean with Hitler
neroyert
Even if they were true, it wouldn't be overly shocking they followed relatively similar paths to power, both served in the army, both declared wars they couldn't win, both invaded Russia at the wrong time, both were poor theatre level tacticians, both used a military to come to power, both isolated their country prior to their major wars, both preached against minorities. Still interesting numbers, also is there a significance to 129 outside of this theory?

actually i don't know if there is an interesting thing about "129"

i read this information in a book about destiny.

there is a similar coincidence between Lincoln and JFK.

It's just a matter of probability ...
The probability to be born the same day and month in a group of 23 people is about 0.5 ... cqfd
amicalindia
How did you calculate that?

Austria was annexed in the operation "Unternehmen Otto" on March 12th, 1938 and Hitler declared the annexation on the Heldenplatz in Vienna on March 15th, 1938 (NOT 1941). Perhaps Hitler did visit Vienna in 1941, he was Austrian by birth after all (though not from Vienna) but I'm not really interested in researching this all that closely.

I've seen some of these comparisons (such as Lincoln - Kennedy) but, although marginally interesting, they are trivia at best and in any case meaningless.

PS: Napoleon defeated General Karl von Leiberich at the Battle of Elchingen (September 25th to October 20th, 1805) and then marched into Vienna unopposed on Nov. 13th of the same year; not 1812, which marked the year of his Russian campaign.

I think if you want to connect the dots between anything, all you have to do is dig enough to turn obscure chance happenings into more than they are.

Lol interesting if it is true. But I'm sure there are lots of people who have YEARS in common Smile I mean, it still is 365 days right?
websurfer80
If the dates mentioned in the beginning of this threat are not accurate then this whole discussion is based on nothing. And to many people see coinsidense as something supernatural.
If you ask me.... there is no proof for this kind of things.....

Hitler entered Vienna (Austria) 1938 wthin the "Anschluss".
1941 was the Date of Stalingrad ect

Not sure about the dates, and those probably need verification, however for me there are other similarities between the two. Both were outsiders, both were relative loners, both were charismatic, both were good strategists, and both underestimated Russia. Both had a certain amount of megolomania. Both were short people and physically not that handsome. Both had axes to grind. This would be a very good subject for a research project, possibly this has already been attempted.

Just googled it quickly and found a Website in tripod that did a comparison of Hitler and Napoleon: The House of Ice - Comparison and Contrast of Hitler and Napoleon:
