Web Photo Gallery, Very Easy

qqz
In this tutorial, you will learn how to make a Web Photo Gallery in 3 clicks using Adobe Photoshop.

Step 1.

Go to File - Automate - Web Photo Gallery...

Step 2.

Fill in :

Styles : I Used Horizontal Slideshow. You may use the yone you want. Look at the prewiew at the right corner of the window.

E-Mail : You can fill in your E-Mail so it show up in the gallery.

Source Images : I used Folder, since my Images files we're on my computer, and in a special folder. Click Browse and choose the folder with your images in it.

Destination : This is the directory where 3 folder, Images, Pages, thumbnails, and 2 pages, Index.html and ThumbnailFrame.htm and 1 text file.

Options : That's where you can customize your gallery. I only went in Banner, so I could change the title, my name , the contact info and the date. You can experiment in changing setting in these 6 categories.

Step 3.

This is the final step! All you have to do now is click OK. You will see that photoshop is loading, resizing and saving pictures by itself. When this process will be done, go to your destination folder, you should see all the files I mentionned before. You can now upload it to your webspace and have a functionnal Web Photo Gallery.

Thank you so much for sharing the information. By the way, how do you load this up to the website as a whole (such as to name.frihost/geocities.com)?

Basiclly use an ftp client and connect to frihost. Find the folder you want to upload the files to and find where they are on your computer. Highlight them and right click upload*
