I don't see any forum dedicated to photography itself. There's one for videography and graphics, but nothing for pure photography.
If you scrolled farther down, you'll find these two forums.

No, I don't think that the numerous repeat topics would suffice. I mean, many more people supported a game making forum than this - which was declined (and I support it being declined).
A photography forum is not popular enough to make. This is an unpopular idea and I'm almost sure it won't be accepted.

Another example of how these forum names need to be changed:
*Personal pictures and photography
*Art
The addition of the word gallery would insinuate that the forum is only for posting finished products, and not for discussion about the inspiration or methods behind products that are not yet done, or about the products in general.
These two forums are a little slow anyway, and could use a widening of scope.
