YOu should have waited for PSP2 that's goiung to be launced in september.
If you want to play games go to mininova.org and search for psp + name of the game Also you should check psphacks.com to learn how to mod your psp Cheers Ghengis
It's not PSP2, it's PSP Lite (akin to DS Lite). The only real draw is a TV output (so that your UMD movies, if you're one of the 5 chumps that bought them, are less useless than before).
There are a lot of great PSP games now -- Monster Hunter (1 & 2), Final Fantasy (all), Metal Gear Portable Ops, Ratchet and Clank, Puzzle Quest, Pirates, Loco Roco, Valkyrie Profile, Katamari Damacy.... and that's not counting the hundreds (?) of PS1 games you can play on a hacked PSP. My DS gets more play right now than my PSP, but I think that's mostly because I got my DS more recently, and the novelty (not to mention the backlog of awesome games I missed out on) has yet to wear off. Both systems kick ass, but the PSP has some really special stuff going for it. Just make sure you can mod yours -- custom firmware rules! ShawnKelfonne
