That isnt up to us whats in cpanel thats up to the cpanel company and there list of scripts.
I am assuming youa re reffering to Fantastico? If you are wanting to add PHPBB Plus to that, then you, like Maka said, are taking to the wrong people.
You need to call some Cpanel people and some Fantastico people.

phpBB Plus is just merely an addon to phpBB. It still uses the same forum system and its modified. So whatever hacks you want to install later might not work.
cPanel controls Fantastico, I think, and the buyers of a license of Fantastico I think have to live with what is on cPanel and I dont think they can add anything from WHM (Web Host Manager) like that.
I know how to work cPanel, but I dont think they can edit the scripts to be used in Fantastico. Sorry dude.
