I got the following message from mom about problems attaching cover art to music in iTunes:
I still have the directions that you gave me at Christmas to follow for album cover artwork. The problem is that the photo artwork stored in folder Album cover for downloads is in JPEG(Document/My Music/ Album cover for downloads) and will not come out of that folder 'Album cover for downloads'. I get a plus symbol + and when I click and drag which changes to 'O' with a slash' \ ' inside the 'O' when I try to drag it out of that folder.
The photo will not activate itunes to accept it because of that ' O'.
I had already highligted the songS in itunes.
