It's usually around .30-45 eCPM (for every 1000 impressions). The pop up pays like +$2. I only recommend it if you have a media site where you don't care if it has a lot of ads. People are used to a lot of ads on those sites.
With the 728/468 banner, the medium rectangle, and the pop-up I make around $7-9 per day. It's up to you if it's worth it or not. You need at least 1k uniques to make any good money.
