I am not sure what you mean by PSD. I know what a PSD file is, but a NBA psd?
I think you are meaning a photoshop render? Like a character render?
If so, my favorite site to get renders is www.planetrenders.net They have a huge source of free renders, and most of them are very good quality. I believe they have sports renders there aswell, so check them out. Another good one is www.gamerenders.com they havn't been getting as many enders in as planetrenders lately, but what they do have is pretty good, and can come in handy for gamming renders.
Also www.animerenders.com I don't know much about it, but I know it's loaded with anime renders. I am not a hige fan of anime, so I don't visit there often, something to register on though just incase.
