free dns
I use the free service offered by DynDNS.org. I have not had any problems yet so I can not say if help is available or not.
xname.org is better for advanced user.
I have my own dns ,are these free dns very good ?

When u buy a domain name separately - not as part of a website package, sometimes you get only the domain name registered. You will not be able to host a website on it unless you have a DNS server pointing out where your website is hosted.
For example, my site www.fundazone.com was bought by me as just the domain name. Since I didn't get the DNS service from the same people (they charge extra for it), I used a free DNS server like everyDNS or DynDNS for my DomainNameServer (DNS).
Finally, I hosted my files in frih.net.
So my website is under 3 different services to complete the pathway from typing the address to showing the files
