Hi everyone,

Ive just been sent on a trip overseas and my forum will be a bit neglected for a few weeks, i was wondering whether or not you can fix the bugs, so that the forum works within all web browsers. Will pay 140 $FRIH.

www.freelancecms.frih.net - only stuffs up in IE

If you can fix these please do not hesitate to PM me or post a reply here. This is urgent and please suggest a $FRIH price for this.

Thank you

P.S I need the forum to work in Oracle, Safari and IE + Any other well established browsers.

Relax, people may take sometime to respond.

However, your site is not loading at all for me. Is there any problem?

Thanks,

freelancecmsforum.frih.net, the problems only exist in IE and Safari, not too sure about Oracle..could use a look in though

Looks fine to me in Firefox and IE on Windows.
If it isn't "working" on a Mac I'm guessing it has to do with the CSS.
A screenshot would be helpful since I don't have a Mac.

I am using a Dell on windows, dnt like macs, which version of windows are you using? 6 or 7 because the fault etc are in 6 (the default version that comes with windows

Heres the screenshot you requested.

http://img523.imageshack.us/img523/8751/screenshotae7.jpg - In IE
http://img408.imageshack.us/img408/6238/screenshotsafariqi5.jpg - Safari

The area around the white box is of main concern in the IE Screenshot to me as there is a banner in that section.
The Safari errors are obvious..

According to this:
http://www.yourtotalsite.com/archives/xhtml_css/css_background_image_shor/Default.aspx

Safari's shorthand implementation for the background property is a bit out-of-order.

So instead of writing:
Code:

background: url("./images/bbcode/bold.gif") 0 0 no-repeat;

You'd write it:
Code:

background: url("./images/bbcode/bold.gif") no-repeat 0 0;

May want to provide a background-color as well:
Code:

background: black url("./images/bbcode/bold.gif") no-repeat 0 0;

Posting this link for myself in case I look for this reference later:
