Couple of things you will need for sure, are access to a MySQL database, which you should be able to get from this host, and access to PHP hosting, which is also offered here. To get a decent registration system, I would look/ask around if people have something they can spare. A login system is fairly simple and I'm sure that a lot of people will be willing to help with that. Good luck with getting everything together =).
