The Prophet Muhammad: My quest for facts
Okay, so I was reading the Quran. I am an Atheist not a Muslim, so I am searching for proven facts about Muhammad to try and decide the truth. Anyway, here is some amazing stuff: Muhammad, peace be upon him, was illiterate.
1. Did Muhammad write the Quran all by himself, when he was illiterate?
2. Is there proof of this?
In the Quran, there are many (although somewhat vague) proofs that only recently science has proven. For example, it has some stuff about female bees, the atmosphere, celestial bodies and the big bang, and what way to eat foods to be healthy. The big bang is somewhat vague, but nothing about the Creation in the Quran is really disprovable by science. The bees, food, celestial bodies and atmosphere are less vague and could only be discovered by a genius scientist during that time period.
3. So, the only way Mohammad could have done this is either through Allah, or some secret genius friend he talked with.
Also, much of the Quran is similar to the Bible. If Muhammad was illiterate, the only way he could have written that is through Allah or some secret genius friend.

5. Also, I find it strange how Muhammad did not get killed before finishing and releasing the Quran. There are two theories, it was Allah's will or it was some complex conspiracy between all the tribes to finally bring peace through religion. Need some ideas.
