Does anyone do this here?

Its just so cool to watch, and im trying to be good at it myself.

I just learned wall flip (run on the wall and take backflip...) and its realy cool!

I want to learn new tricks like crazy jumps etc...

Anyone good here, that got some nice tips?

I think it is called parkour....see some nice clips here http://youtube.com/results?search_query=braila+parkour&search=Search

Hope it'll help you develop new techniques...break a leg...or better don't.

Hi, I train Le Parkou for "few" months and I think it is great(yuo can relaxed and free your mind:-). The main idea of Parkour(in english it is called Free Run) is to find the shortest way from point A to point B(with some nice obstacles). Some people thniks that some tricks(like wall flip) are Parkour too, but they are wrong. It is called Tricks or Street Tricks or Street Stunts Smile

I nvr was sure what this was, I think its sorta weird, and I don't see much of a point, I mean isn't it sorta random to run and do crazy stuff? You could break yur neck! I read an article about it awhile ago, and I'm sure Im not gonna try it... at least not for a while Very Happy

-Cheers (:

I train Xtreme Martial Arts, and about 1 year ago I strted to trick at the street, wallflip is one of the easiest tricks, there`s a lot more, like arabian, backflip, frontflip, wallflip trinity, sideflip, double leg, pop-up, pop-down, corkscrew and more and more...

Parkour really is useful if you practise it, not that I have ever attempted anything that has to do with parkour. The fact is I tried the high-jump at some sporting event (I'm not a sporty person) and it's fun flipping over a wall as long as you don't break any bones. Better than climbing IMO.
