News Headlines in Javascript

Something I'd like to place on my website is a Javascript news headlines box. Does anyone have some good formula that I'd be able to use?

Cheers Smile

Hi CT93,

It would help if you were more specific in what you require. Do you mean you would like the random display of 'news' items, or more of a blog-type format? Or do you mean you want news headlines to scroll across your page similar to stuff at the bottom of the screen on channels such as Sky News and others?

I think you mean something like that, which would be fairly easy to achieve in theory, but we would need to know what kind of data format your news headlines take... are you using php or just plain ol' HTML for instance?

Describe what you need and I'll cobble something together (cross-browser, DOM compatible of course Wink )

Cheers,

No, I don't want a 'ticker' like the one on Sky News. I want something that shows one headline, then transides into the next, and so on. Thanks Smile
