Hello every one, I am new here and am hoping to build a site pretty soon Wink . I currently am a novice with web building so any help or advice would be much appreciated. So far, I know the basics of HTML, not as much CSS, and bare minimum JavaScript (I'm not sure if that's even possible here, if someone could clarify that would be awesome).

I am (have been) looking for a good tutorial on designing templates with just HTML/CSS and my images. If anyone knows of a good tutorial, or has the time to walk me through making a simple one so that i understand the general concepts, would definitely earn a "Good Deed for the Year" award Laughing

I am mostly interested in hand coding, so please no dreamweaver tutorials Confused

I am getting pretty good at graphics editing so if anyone would like a banner or logo made then just pm me and we can try to figure something out Cool

Hi and welcome m8! Hope you'll enjoy your stay here, I'm sure you'll find someone that can help you with this... there are also alot of good tutorials out there on google..

anyways, if you need help with anything, don't hesitate to ask in our forums, and for that simple html/css template, I can help you if I just got the time.. if you are looking for something as simple as

HTML, CSS, and Javascript are all allowed on your site with frihost. I have a whole game made up of nothing but those 3 things on my site (though it's not completely done yet). Just have to watch what graphics you use from where. I have some of my graphics uploaded here, but they don't really take up any space at all so it's all good and i made them myself so no copyright troubles or anything lol.

Anyways welcome to frihost. The forums are great and the site hosting is awesome! lol. It's never down as far as i can tell, though sometimes my computer likes to be stupid and not work >.< Hope to see you around here Smile

Thank you both for the welcome, I just got approved for my site Very Happy So construction has begun. I was wondering if there is a way to have table border, just around the table, and no border in the individual cells?
