Upload for FRIH$

I need my new joomla page to be uploaded for me. I will give all my FRIH$ to the person who can do it for me, at present the count is 38FRIH$ and counting. I can upload the files via FTP and i need someone with SQL knowledge that can link the tables in the DB back to the menus, components etc of the page.

If you cannot do this but you can give me pointers or a step by step that is comprehensive enough i will give FRIH$.
