I believe the song you are referring to is 'Games People Play' by the Alan Parson's Project. They were a prog rock band that formed in the 70s. They're pretty cool, I've heard a few songs from them and I've liked all of them. I subscribe to Sirius and it plays a lot of awesome older rock that is not heard on regular FM stations.
